Laxity Behind Surge in Delhi? Fines for Flouting Social Distancing, Not Wearing Masks Drop from Oct Peak

In November, nearly 2,000 people were prosecuted on a daily basis by the police for violating social-distancing norms, while in the past week only eight were fined for the same offence.
